"Amazing home, property & staff"
We stayed at Casa Buena Suerte for a week in December 2010 for a friend's 50th birthday. We had 14 adults and one child. The service of the house manager, daily staff, and the chefs was simply perfect. They were around without being a part of our party. They were knowledgeable and friendly. We used every bedroom and bath and the design, upkeep and quality of everything we touched was exquisite. Well decorated, excellent floor plan for large groups. High-end kitchen with extra refrigerator.
We splurged for the chef for 6 days. We selected the menu and they shopped, cooked and cleaned up. All meals were excellent and the chefs were great. He even did special gluten-free meals. We went to the ruins in Tulum, a 10 minute taxi ride, we snorkeled, and did a zip line and went into a small neighboring town one day. All rides were cheerfully arranged by the house manager. And all recommendations from the staff were excellent. The view of the ocean was fantastic, the beach was cleaned daily, the kayaks, life vests, beach chairs, and hammock were all used extensively. They had everything we needed - even sand toys for the children. We all enjoyed sunrise from the pool deck and sunset from the rooftop deck. We would definitely go again and also recommend this Villa to friends, family, and office peers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home. We loved the design and garden and outdoor areas and the beach. We loved your staff. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, and close without being right with us. We liked the room size and shower size and all the details of decorating and lighting. We found everything we needed. We watched the sunrise with coffee from the pool deck and watched sunset with cocktails from the roof deck. You have obviously thought of everything guests need. We loved the kayaks and used them daily. We loved the outdoor table and seating area. The chef made special food for me that was gluten-free. I brought flour and he understood what I needed immediately. I tipped him extra. We feel great about referring you to everyone. I hope we get the opportunity to stay with you again.

"Dream Vacation"
Our stay at CBS was fantastic. The setting was spectacular, the service outstanding, and food delicious. We were truly able to relax and rejuvenate. Our children, ages 5 and 3, had a wonderful time in the pool and on the beach. It was truly a dream vacation and we all look forward to a return trip!

"Casa Buena Suerte is an amazing house in an amazing location!"
We stayed at Casa Buena Suerte with 12 close friends and had a blast! The Casa is nicer than most 5-star resorts, and the service provided by the staff was impeccable. The Casa has plenty of room for multiple couples or families to spread out and also has several large gathering areas (inside and out). The views from the roof and pool are breathtaking. Stay here soon! You won't regret it.
